Every entry on GameGuide 002 is ordered on four things that can be checked rather than argued about: the score on the Play Store, how many people left that score, how recently the developer shipped something, and what the free tier quietly takes from you. A 4.8 from four hundred ratings says more than a 4.8 from forty, so the lists follow the sample size, not the headline.
