There is no contact form here on purpose. Sending an email puts the whole conversation in one thread that we can actually keep track of, and it means you are not handing your details to a form-processing service. Click the link below, your mail app will open with the subject and a little structure already filled in, and you can delete what you do not need.

What to put in your message
It genuinely helps to include a few specifics, because it lets us answer in one message instead of three. Depending on what you are writing about:
- The page URL — for a correction, a broken link or a factual error. Copy it from your browser's address bar. The full URL, not the title.
- What is wrong and what should it say — if you are correcting a rating or a price, telling us the correct value helps more than describing the problem.
- Your source — a screenshot or a link to the live store listing is the fastest way for us to confirm a change.
- Your role, if you are a developer or publisher — the name of the developer, and the specific page. We take rights complaints seriously and act on them.
- The subject line — keep it short and specific. It is the first thing we triage on.
You do not need to give us your name, your location or anything about yourself to make a correction. If you would rather not say who you are, an anonymous message is fine for factual corrections.
What we can help with
- Corrections. Wrong price, wrong developer, outdated rating, broken link, misattributed description. These are the most common kind of message and they are usually the easiest to resolve.
- Questions about a game. Which one to start with, whether a game runs on an older phone, whether a paid game is worth it. We will give you a straight answer, though we may tell you to try it yourself first.
- Disagreements with a review. If you think we have got a game wrong, say why. We will read it. We might not change our opinion, and that is fine, but we will not ignore it.
- Copyright and trademark. If you are a rights holder and want something removed or credited differently, use the subject line "Rights request" and include the details set out in section 10 of our Terms of Service. We will act on a valid request.
- Advertising. Media kit, rates and placement options are on the Advertise page.
- Privacy and data requests. Access, correction and deletion requests about your data, including CCPA and GDPR rights, all come to the same address. Use the subject line "Privacy request" so it reaches the right person quickly.
- Something broken on the site. A page that will not load, a search that returns nothing, a game missing from the index. Tell us the URL and the device or browser you were using and we will fix it.
What we cannot help with
To set expectations honestly: we cannot give you a refund for a game you bought, change a rating on Google Play, get a game removed from the store, get an account unbanned, or answer for a developer's support team. Those all have to go to the developer or to Google. We are a site about games, not the publisher of any of them.
Response times
We are a small site, so we will be straight with you about how quickly things happen.
- Corrections and broken links: normally within two working days. Often much sooner.
- General questions: usually within three to five working days. We answer in the order they arrive, and we do not leave people on read deliberately.
- Rights and takedown requests: we aim to acknowledge within five working days and to act on a valid request promptly once the details check out. If a request is urgent, say so in the subject line.
- Advertising enquiries: expect a rate card and a media kit within five working days, and a realistic conversation about fit before anything is booked.
If a message has not been answered after a week, please send a short follow-up. It happens — mail filters do odd things, and a nudge usually gets it moving.
We do not have a support ticket system, a live chat, a phone number or a social media account, and we are not going to pretend otherwise. Email is the whole of it, and it works fine.
One more thing
If you are a developer whose game is covered here and you want to correct a factual error on your listing, please do email — we would much rather fix it than have a visitor think your game is something it is not. And if you simply disagree with an opinion, that is a conversation we will happily have, provided it is a civil one.
